A 1914 home on Sullivan's Island, renovated and added onto: new siding and trim from the scaffold up, a second-story porch enclosed into hundreds of square feet of new living space with louvered shutters, new windows overlooking the pool, and rebuilt joists underneath. The kind of job where every trade has to line up, and one crew did all of it.
A brick home's screened porch became a conditioned room: framed and insulated, sided to match, new windows and door, a ductless mini-split for heating and cooling, and finished floors and trim. Same footprint, whole new room.
